Ok, what is up with your diet? Holiday weekends (and football weekends, to boot) can be killers. We need to figrue out a way to overcome them :)
You're doing good on consistent training though. I'm proud of you for that! Keep it up.

How's it going today? I hope healthy choices are easy for you to make today. They haven't been so easy for me so far, but then again I'm getting sick and feel crappy. :(
